Let’s take an example:
Suppose that you are currently manufacturing containers from plastic and would like to switch over to recyclable ones.
The first point is to quote the quantities you want to produce and then send us a picture of the product with as complete a set of
measurements as possible. Something like that:
With that info, we are now in a position to optimize the number of dies on the platen and then to calculate the yearly output and thus find out which machine would best fit your needs, (see “products”). What’s more, we will provide you with a detailed techno-economical feasibility study to help you through all the financial parameters. This feasibility study looks like the chart below, note that the figures quoted here are indicative only with no bearing on reality.
